About Us

“Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away”

We believe in simplicity, as a way of life. To be fashionable, you don’t need to devour everything that comes to your sight. Instead, we want to rethink fashion as eternal, timeless pieces that last for a lifetime and become a part of the memories you create and share.

Itzá means “magic” in ancient Mayan language. Itzá is magic for us, and we want to share this magic with the women that become a part of our universe.

The Quetzal, our brand symbol, represents the sacred bird, guardian of nature in ancient Mayan culture.

Embracing Boldness: Our Mission & Vision

Mission
At Itzá, we empower women to express their individuality and courage through fashion that cares for the planet. We commit to crafting intrepid designs, using sustainable materials and ethical processes, championing diversity and authenticity while inspiring confidence and adventurous spirits in every piece we create.

Vision
To redefine the fashion landscape, fostering a harmonious relationship between style and sustainability. We envision a world where women thrive in their authentic selves, adorned in innovative fashion that inspires change, cultivates community, and protects our planet for future generations.

Happiness is to be shared and spread

As a Colombian women-led brand, we want to share the happiness of our growth with the community that surrounds us. When you purchase Itzá pieces, you’re supporting women with different stories, from women that have dreamed of fashion since they were young, to women that have suffered violence, starvation, and/or any social impact and want to thrive and get ahead of themselves through fashion and tailoring.

As a part of our social impact and footprint, more than 90% of the hands that craft Itzá pieces belong to women, heads of households in Colombia, and also people with physical impairments that want to overcome their limitations through entrepreneurship and team work.
